The report

For A$29 we test how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude answer questions about businesses like yours in your area, and send you a report by email within 2 business days of your order, as a PDF and a web page.

We test again once, free, about 60 days later, and send you the result.

sbw studio is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

What the report can and can't tell you

AI answers change over time and from one question to the next. The report shows what the assistants said on the day we tested, counted across many answers. It is not a promise of how they will answer in future, and following the advice does not guarantee that you will be recommended.

We test with the assistants' developer versions, with the location set to your suburb. The ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude apps can answer a little differently.

Refunds

If we can't test your business properly, for example if we can't find it or your website can't be read, we refund you in full.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something has gone wrong with your report, email [email protected] and we will fix it or refund you.

The 30-minute call

A$99, or A$70 if you have bought a report. We agree a time over WhatsApp and send a payment link. If you need to move the call, tell us at least 24 hours before and we will find another time.

Using the report

The report is for your business. Quotes from AI answers in it are reproduced as the assistants gave them, and the business names in them belong to their owners.
