Who we are

sbw studio is a sole trader business in Australia (ABN 61 356 920 530). You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you order a report: your email address, your business name and website, your suburb, the report language you choose, and anything you tell us in messages.

When you run the free check: your email address, your website, and your IP address, which we use only to limit how often the check can be run.

To make the report: public information about your business and the businesses near you, such as your website, your Google listing and its reviews, and what AI assistants say when asked about your area.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To make and send your report, run your free re-test, book and hold a call if you ask for one, and reply to you.

To show you the result of the free check and email you a copy. We may follow up once about it; reply "stop" to any email and we will not email you again.

The questions we send to AI assistants are about your trade and suburb, and about your business by name. We do not send them your email address or payment details.

We do not sell your information or use it for anyone else's advertising.

Who else handles it

Services that help us run the report: the AI assistants we test (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and Anthropic), DataForSEO for public Google listings and reviews, Cloudflare for hosting and for checking that the free check is used by a person (Turnstile), Stripe for payments, and our email provider. Each receives only what it needs for its part.

How long we keep it

We keep reports and order records for two years so we can re-test and answer questions about them, then delete them. Free check results and the email given for them are kept for 12 months. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to raise a concern. We reply within five business days.
